心血管和呼吸系統疾病是危害人群健康的首要疾病👨🏼🔧,其發生與危害與環境汙染密切相關🏋🏽♀️。本課題組主要圍繞能量代謝和氧化還原穩態兩大機製🫃,探究環境危害暴露如何致心肺血管損傷和如何加劇心肺血管疾病的風險。
課題一:能量代謝與心肺血管損傷和疾病
能量代謝是維持所有生命活動的基礎機製。代謝紊亂參與心肺血管疾病等眾多疾病和不良健康結局的發生與發展。我們致力於研究細胞代謝通路和代謝物水平改變對環境因素(如重金屬、農藥和納米材料等)致心肺血管系統毒性的調控機製和防治。
課題二:氧化還原應激與心肺血管損傷和疾病
氧化還原穩態是由細胞的抗氧化(抗氧化酶和非酶類抗氧化劑)和促氧化體系(氧自由基和氮自由基)共同精細維持🌟🙏。兩大體系失衡將引起氧化應激和還原應激,兩者均可造成細胞功能損傷👋🏼。我們致力於研究環境汙染物暴露如何打破氧化還原體系的平衡,導致心肺血管系統氧化和還原損傷🤕。
